• Travel discounts​ are​ Per reservation used in one transaction, available to new and existing customers, one-time use only. Please note that the discount can only be applied in the full amount–you will not be able to apply for partial credit when making your new reservation.

• Savings discount valid for travel booked 10/01/2021 through 12/31/2021 by 12:00 p.m. PST.  Travel discounts are valid for travel commencing 01/01/2022 through 12/31/2022​ by 12:00 p.m. PST

• The $250 per reservation discount savings apply on any of our Las Vegas escape trips we offer. Savings is reflected in the package price when using the discount savings at the time of booking. Restrictions, exclusions, may apply.

• Diamond Dreams Travel discount savings will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check, or credit, except where required by federal or applicable state law.

• A Diamond Dreams Travel discount redeemed for travel is nonrefundable, nontransferable,​ not exchangeable, and is not replaceable if lost, stole, or destroyed.​  If travel is not taken, any funds originally associated with a diamond Dreams Travel discount savings will be considered used and will not be refunded.

• Space is limited. Rates may be subject to change until purchased.

• Diamond Dreams Travel reserves the right​ to change the terms​ at any time.​ 

• TRAVEL MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN THE12 MONTHS OF 2022

The offer is valid for new reservations made during the promotional booking period and the discount code must be applied at the time of initial booking. All travel must start on or after 01/01/2022 and finish by 12/31/2022 for the discount savings to apply.

COVID: While participating in events held or sponsored by Diamond Dreams Travel (“DDT”) “social distancing” must be practiced and face coverings worn at all times to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19.  Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact.  However, DDT cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.

In connection with trips booked with Diamond Dreams Travel, please be advised that experience partner policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, Guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any destination.  Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Sponsor cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during the Trip. 

By accepting guests expressly assumes the risk that during the trip they may be exposed to COVID-19, the Coronavirus that causes COVID-19, or other communicable and/or infectious diseases.

 

Guests expressly understand that these risks include contracting COVID-19 or other communicable and/or infectious diseases and the associated dangers, medical complications, and physical and mental injuries, both foreseen and unforeseen, that may result from contracting COVID-19 or other communicable and/or infectious diseases.
