CORRECT INFORMATION 

Travel documents are to be reviewed by you (the traveler) for accuracy upon receipt. Contact Diamond Dreams Travel for any questions. You are responsible for providing the correct information at the time of booking: Full name as it appears on your government-issued ID. Diamond Dreams Travel will charge a fee of $30 per person for any revision made to a reservation after the deposit is received.

PRICES AND INCLUSIONS

 Package price is non-refundable, non-transferable per person based on double occupancy, and is subject to limited availability. The non-refundable deposit includes processing services by Diamond Dreams Travel to secure your space on the tour and preliminary reservations and contracts with hotels and other suppliers included in the trip itinerary. A required deposit is due at the time of booking. Prices are not guaranteed until the deposit, or full payment on your booking is confirmed. Rates and availability are subject to change and may not be available after the due date. We are prohibited from breaking out individual component prices and will not provide those to you. The following charges are not included in ​DDT's signature trip​ offers unless otherwise noted: airfare to and from the start of your vacation, travel protection, optional excursions, rooming upgrades; tour extensions, beverages, lunch, and dinner (except where specified in the itinerary) free-time activities, customary gratuities for your trip host, tour director, and local guides and all other items of personal nature.

ITINERARIES

Diamond Dreams Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to operate itineraries as planned, but alterations may occur after issuing the final itinerary.

GETTING AROUND

 The tour will involve a mix of moderate walking and car transport. Diamond Dreams Travel will require prior notice if any participant has any physical or other condition or disability that would prevent them from participating in the walking part of the trip.

WE TAKE TONS OF PHOTOS

Generally, ​​special dietary requests cannot be ​guaranteed​ and are subject to availability at the venue. However, ​if the restaurant can accommodate the request,​ you may incur an additional charge at the time of service.​
By participating in a Diamond Dreams Travel trip/tour, you are subject to being photographed and or videotaped. Diamond Dreams Travel will use the pictures and videos to promote our website, social media, or any third-party publication. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or wish to be exempted from the photo/video activity.

CANCELLATIONS BY US

We intend to avoid cancellations and changes to trips/tours offered by Diamond Dreams Travel. However, circumstances beyond our control or an insufficient number of trip participants occur and force us to do so. If that happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

CANCELLATION BY YOU 

Due to our contractual agreements with our suppliers, most reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Money once paid out, and suppliers' policies prohibit us from issuing full refunds after tickets and event space are reserved. Any booking cancellations and changes made by you are subject to both Diamond Dreams Travel fees and the fees imposed by the suppliers, vendors, hotels, restaurants, transportation, activity, excursion companies, and others. If you choose to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Your notice to cancel will become effective on the date of receipt.
