We’re descending into a rustic, historic wine cellar tucked away from the usual Las Vegas scene—an old-world European escape set within a quiet, brick-lined vault surrounded by thousands of remarkable vintages.
Because we believe the best conversations happen in small circles, seating is intentionally limited to preserve an intimate, elevated, and connected atmosphere. Gather for a sophisticated early-evening escape, settle in, and enjoy the experience well ahead of the weekend crowds.
The “After Dark” Experience
The Vault Descent:Â Our evening begins at 5:00 PM as we slip away from the main resort floor and descend a winding staircase into a subterranean cobblestone wine cellar.
