Non-Refundable: All deposits and monthly payments are non-refundable. Diamond Dreams Travel makes advance payments to vendors and suppliers on your behalf, which cannot be recovered.

Transfers: Reservations may be transferred to another guest (with approval) until Feb 1, 2026. After this date, transfers will not be accepted.

Payments: Due on the 15th of each month (Oct–Feb). A $35 late fee applies after 3 days. Two consecutive missed payments may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.

Final Balance: All guests must be fully paid by Feb 15, 2026.
