Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Diamond Dreams Travel. By booking any travel services with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the sale of both Partner Supplier Tours and DDT Signature Trip Events. Please read carefully as they contain important information about your rights, obligations, and limitations.

1. General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made through Diamond Dreams Travel, whether for Partner Supplier Tours or DDT Signature Trip Events.

• Age and Financial Responsibility: You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and make bookings with Diamond Dreams Travel. You agree to supervise all travel arrangements for any minors included in your booking and ensure that all provided information is accurate.

• Travel Documentation: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have proper travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas) and meet entry requirements for your destination. Diamond Dreams Travel is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to meet these requirements.

• Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation fees, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel-related risks. Diamond Dreams Travel is not liable for any costs that could have been covered by appropriate insurance.

• Health, Security, and Travel Documentation Requirements:
  You are responsible for ensuring you are aware of any health requirements, travel advisories, or restrictions for your travel destinations. This includes carrying necessary vaccination documentation and complying with travel regulations such as COVID-19 testing or quarantines. Travel carriers and local authorities may require specific documentation and testing before boarding or upon arrival. Diamond Dreams Travel is not responsible for providing this information. Additional costs incurred due to non-compliance are your responsibility. For updated health and travel information, please refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (www.cdc.gov) and other relevant authorities.

• Health and Safety: You are responsible for assessing the physical requirements of your travel itinerary and ensuring that you are in good health to participate in the booked activities. Any health issues or special needs should be communicated in advance.

2. Terms for Partner Supplier Tours

Diamond Dreams Travel acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers. When you book a Partner Supplier Tour, the following terms apply:

2.1. Supplier-Specific Terms

• All Partner Supplier Tours are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier, which may differ from those of Diamond Dreams Travel. These terms are available on the suppliers' websites or by request. By booking, you agree to abide by these terms.

• Diamond Dreams Travel has no control over the operations, services, or policies of the supplier, and we are not liable for any changes, cancellations, or issues that arise due to the supplier’s actions.

2.2. Liability Disclaimer

• Diamond Dreams Travel is not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or delays caused by the supplier. All claims related to such events must be directed to the supplier.

• Any changes or cancellations initiated by the supplier, including itinerary changes, transportation delays, or unforeseen events, are beyond our control. In such cases, Diamond Dreams Travel will assist in coordinating any available alternatives but cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

2.3. Payment and Cancellation

• Payments for Partner Supplier Tours must be made in accordance with the supplier's payment schedule. If you fail to make the payment on time, your booking may be canceled, and any deposit will be forfeited according to the supplier's policies.

• Cancellations and changes to your booking are governed by the supplier’s terms, including any applicable penalties. Please review the supplier’s cancellation policy carefully before booking.

2.4. Travel Changes and Amendments

• Any requests for changes to a Partner Supplier Tour must be communicated to Diamond Dreams Travel. However, all amendments are subject to supplier approval and may incur additional charges.

3. Terms for DDT Signature Trip Events

Diamond Dreams Travel curates exclusive, in-house luxury travel experiences known as DDT Signature Trip Events. These trips are subject to the following specific terms and conditions:

3.1. Non-Refundable Planning Fees and Deposit Policy

• A non-refundable planning fee is required to book a DDT Signature Trip Event. This fee covers the administrative costs of planning your bespoke itinerary.

• Additionally, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your trip.

3.2. Final Payment and Non-Refundable Policy

• Final payment for DDT Signature Trip Events must be made by the specified due date on your invoice. Failure to make the final payment will result in the cancellation of your reservation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

• Once the final payment has been made, the trip cost is non-refundable. If you cancel your trip, change your plans, or fail to utilize any portion of the trip, no refunds will be provided. (TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.)

3.3. Cancellations and Changes

• Due to the bespoke nature of DDT Signature Trip Events, any changes to the itinerary after booking are subject to approval by Diamond Dreams Travel and may incur additional fees. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee availability for changes made after the trip is confirmed.

• If a DDT Signature Trip Event is canceled due to insufficient participants or circumstances beyond our control, Diamond Dreams Travel will offer either a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another available trip. However, we are not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants as a result of the cancellation (e.g., airfare, visas).

3.4. Travel Insurance

• TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all DDT Signature Trip Events. You should ensure your policy covers trip cancellation, interruptions, medical expenses, and other unforeseen issues.

3.5. Trip Modifications and Changes by DDT

• Diamond Dreams Travel reserves the right to make minor changes to the trip itinerary or services provided. These changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, local conditions, or supplier availability.

• In the rare case of a significant change, such as a date change or major itinerary alteration, we will inform participants immediately. Participants will have the option to accept the changes or cancel the trip for a refund.

3.6. Behavior and Conduct

• Diamond Dreams Travel reserves the right to remove any participant from a DDT Signature Trip Event if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous to other participants or themselves. No refund will be given in such cases.

4. Optional Activities and Excursions

During your trip, you may have the opportunity to engage in optional activities or excursions provided by local operators. Please note that Diamond Dreams Travel does not own, operate, or control these third-party services. Participation in optional activities is at your own risk and subject to the operator’s terms. Diamond Dreams Travel accepts no liability for the actions or omissions of these independent operators.

5. Additional Risks and Legal Compliance

There are additional risks involved in travel, especially in undeveloped areas. These risks include, but are not limited to, hazardous travel conditions, political unrest, sanitary standards, and natural disasters. You are voluntarily participating in these activities with the understanding of these risks, and you agree to release Diamond Dreams Travel from liability.

Diamond Dreams Travel is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs due to the contravention of local, state, or international laws by any participant.

6. Force Majeure

Diamond Dreams Travel is not liable for any losses, damages, or cancellations caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, travel bans, or pandemics. In such cases, we will work with our suppliers to provide alternatives, but refunds may not always be available.

7. Photographic/Video Release

By participating in any travel event organized by Diamond Dreams Travel, including DDT Signature Trip Events, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes. If you wish not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the trip.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Diamond Dreams Travel, its affiliates, suppliers, and their employees harmless from any claims, demands, or damages arising from your breach of these terms, violation of law, or use of our Website.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from bookings made through Diamond Dreams Travel, whether for Partner Supplier Tours or DDT Signature Trip Events, will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal claims must be brought in the courts of Nevada. Mediation will be the first step in dispute resolution, and both parties agree to this process before taking legal action.
