Diamond Dreams Travel Booking Terms & Policies

Effective Date: January 2025

By booking any travel services with Diamond Dreams Travel (“DDT”), you agree to the following Booking Terms & Policies. These terms govern all Partner Supplier Tours and DDT Signature Trip Events, outlining your rights, responsibilities, and limitations. Please read carefully before booking.

1. General Terms

1.1 Age & Financial Responsibility: You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. For all DDT Signature Trip Events, the minimum age is 21.

​1.2 Travel Documentation: You are responsible for securing valid travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.). DDT is not liable for denied entry or disruptions caused by missing or invalid documents.

​1.3 Health & Safety: You are responsible for assessing your ability to participate in activities and disclosing any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance. Participation is at your own risk

1.4 Alcohol & Activity Disclosure:
Select Diamond Dreams Travel itineraries and Signature Trip Events include alcoholic beverages served throughout the day. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to join these trips. Non-alcoholic alternatives will be available upon request. Some experiences may also include moderate walking or light physical activity; guests are responsible for assessing their ability to participate safely.

​1.5 Insurance Recommendation: Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellations, medical needs, lost luggage, delays, or other unexpected issues. DDT is not responsible for expenses that could have been covered by insurance.

2. Partner Supplier Tours

2.1 Agency Role: When booking with a third-party travel supplier, DDT acts only as an agent.

​2.2 Supplier Policies Apply: Payments, cancellations, and refunds follow the supplier’s terms, which take precedence.

​2.3 Refunds: Any refunds due will be processed by the supplier, minus applicable fees. The supplier, not DDT, determines timelines.

​2.4 Liability: DDT is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or issues caused by third-party suppliers. Claims must be directed to the supplier.

3. DDT Signature Trip Events

DDT Signature Trip Events are curated, small-group experiences designed and operated by Diamond Dreams Travel. Due to their custom nature, these trips follow strict payment and cancellation policies.

3.1 Deposits & Planning Fees

A non-refundable planning fee may apply to custom itineraries.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation for DDT Signature Trip Events. Deposits are applied toward your final balance.

3.2 Payments & Final Balance

Payments are due as outlined on your invoice.

All balances must be paid in full by the published due date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.

Once paid in full, Signature Trip bookings are non-refundable.

3.3 Cancellations by the Client

Before Final Payment: Deposits are non-refundable. Additional payments (beyond the deposit) may be refunded, minus supplier penalties.

After Final Payment: No refunds are available. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

No-Show / Partial Participation: No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip.

3.4 Transfers

Reservations may be transferred to another guest (with prior approval) until a specified cutoff date for each event. After this date, transfers are not permitted.

3.5 Changes & Modifications by DDT

Itineraries may be adjusted due to supplier changes, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.

If significant changes occur, DDT will notify you and provide alternatives. Refunds will only be issued if the trip is canceled entirely by DDT.

3.6 Conduct, Health & Safety

Participation is at your own risk. You must be in good health and disclose relevant conditions.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to participate in Signature Trip Events.

Respectful behavior is required. Disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.

3.7 Optional Activities

Some trips may include optional excursions with third-party providers. DDT does not own, operate, or control these providers and assumes no liability for issues arising from their services.

4. Additional Policies

4.1 Travel & Transportation: Guests are responsible for their own flights and transportation to/from the designated meeting point, unless specified otherwise.

4.2 Force Majeure: DDT is not liable for cancellations, losses, or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions). Refunds may not be available in such cases.

4.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Dreams Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in any travel experience, event, or service arranged through Diamond Dreams Travel, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

4.4 Photography & Media Release: By attending a DDT Signature Trip Event, you grant permission for photos/videos to be used in marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing before the event.

4.5 Indemnification: You agree to hold DDT harmless from liability, damages, or claims arising from your participation.

4.6 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes must first be resolved through mediation before legal action is taken.
