Pricing: Standard Planning Fee: $150 per person (up to four travelers), non-refundable if the trip is canceled. Expedited Planning Fee: $200 per person (up to four travelers) for trips booked within 60 days of departure. Additional Travelers: $75 per person for groups exceeding four travelers. Additional Destination Searches: $50 per search beyond the first two.
