Maybe “One Day” Has Been Waiting Long Enough
Let’s be honest: when you live in Vegas, it’s easy to fall into a routine. We drive past places every day, hear about a restaurant we want to try, see something happening around town, and think, “I need to do that one day.” Then life gets busy, weekends disappear, and “one day” keeps getting pushed off.
And sometimes life itself changes.
Maybe you’re new to Las Vegas and still finding your footing. Maybe you’ve lived here for years, but your circle looks different now. Maybe you work from home, you’re in a new season of life, or you’ve simply reached a point where you want to get out of your comfort zone, experience more, and have more women in your circle who are open to doing the same.
That’s really why Curated by Penny was created.

So What Makes a Curated by Penny Experience Different?
The venue is just the beginning.
Curated by Penny is about more than choosing somewhere to go. Each gathering is thoughtfully created to feel intentional, welcoming, and worth getting out of the house for.
Sometimes we’ll discover somewhere new. Other times, we may experience a familiar place in a completely different way.
The details change from month to month, but the goal stays the same: to give local women a reason to get out, enjoy more of Las Vegas, and share the experience with women who are open to doing the same.
How We Gather
Gatherings are kept small so the experience can stay personal and connected. Some events may include a small registration fee, depending on what's planned for that month.
When an experience takes place at a restaurant, lounge, or similar venue, guests order and pay for their own food and drinks directly with the venue.
You don’t need to know anyone before you come. You just need to look at that month’s experience and think, “That sounds like something I’d enjoy.”
Meet Penny
Hi, I’m Penny — the woman behind Curated by Penny and Diamond Dreams Travel.
Travel has always been a big part of my life. I love discovering new places, trying something I haven’t done before, and seeing where a little curiosity can take me. That same spirit is at the heart of Diamond Dreams Travel — and eventually I realized I wanted more of it right here at home, too.
I relocated to Las Vegas and work remotely, so I understand how easy it is to fall into a routine and forget that there is still so much around us to experience.
Sometimes I want to act like a tourist in my own city — try the restaurant I keep hearing about, wander into a part of Vegas I don’t normally explore, say yes to something a little adventurous, or simply experience a familiar place in a new way. And I started wondering how many other women here might be craving that too.
That’s where Curated by Penny began.
It brings together my love of travel, discovery, and thoughtfully created experiences — just a little closer to home — with the hope that along the way, women can get out more, enjoy the city we live in, and naturally build friendships and community around shared experiences.
