Here is an overview of our pricing options for most trips, based on complexity, duration, and number of travelers. Please note that our fees are subject to change based on your unique travel requirements.
SAPPHIRE
Vacation Booking Assistance
You will receive the following services: - General pre-travel consultation - Assistance with booking cruises, tours, hotels, resorts, villas, activities, excursions, venues, and more. - Recommendations about destination to-do activities, excursions, events, dining reservations, wine tasting, and more - Arranging and booking pre & post stays - Airport/hotel transfer arrangements - Passport/Visa advice if your trip requires a visa - Travel insurance advice and recommendations - Travel health review, health and safety protocols, and information about COVID-19 destination restrictions COST: - An upfront, flat-rate fee of $100 per person (for up to four travelers) is due before the start of service. This fee is non-refundable if you decide not to book the trip with us or cancel the trip for any reason. - An expedited trip flat-rate fee of $175 per person (for up to four travelers) is required for vacation planning if you need assistance with your plans less than 60 days before departure. - If you have more than four travelers, there will be an additional fee of $50 per person. - An additional fee of $35 applies for more than two destination searches.

Groups Of Six Or More Guests
You will receive the following services: - An initial consultation to discuss your group travel needs before the trip. - Travel arrangements that fit your group's budget and travel expectations - A customized travel itinerary exclusively tailored to your group, including unique amenities and group upgrades, if available - Assistance in arranging and managing group accommodations, transportation, tours, sightseeing, activities, meals, events, venue space, airport transfer, ground transportation, and more - A daily itinerary designed to meet your specific group needs - Advice and recommendations for travel insurance, passport/visa requirements, and other domestic and international travel requirements - Group payment options - Management of the group itinerary - Review of travel health, safety protocols, and COVID-19 destination restrictions - A dedicated group web page for communication and collecting individual payments - Unlimited group support COST *A non-refundable upfront group deposit is required before we begin the planning process. The deposit amount starts at $500 for domestic travel, while for international travel, it starts at $700. The deposit will be applied towards your vacation trip when booking our service. If you decide not to book the trip with us or cancel the trip for any reason, the upfront deposit will be non-refundable. *Our highly customized and tailored group trip planning fee starts at $75 per person, plus $100 per day of travel per group for up to a 10-day vacation. *An expedited customized group trip planning fee will apply if you book your trip less than 60 days before departure. The minimum amount will be $250 per day of travel per group for up to a 10-day vacation. *We will provide custom quotes for larger groups or more extended vacations. *We include up to two rounds of group trip revisions in our planning process. Any additional group trip revisions beyond the initial two rounds will incur a fee of $45 or more, depending on the complexity of the revisions. *We will conduct a travel health review and provide information on health and safety protocols and any COVID-related destination restrictions.

Highly Customized Itinerary Design & Development
You will receive the following services: Include but is not limited to: -An initial consultation to discuss your goals and interests. -Unlimited phone and email communication with you throughout the planning process. -Unlimited research to ensure your travel arrangements align with your budget and expectations. -Exceptional amenities and upgrades whenever possible. -A customized, detailed travel itinerary tailored to your unique interests, style, budget, and taste. -Expert guidance and trip advice that adds value to the travel planning process. -Recommend travel insurance for your trip. -Unlimited support before, during, and after your return trip home. -All travel arrangements, including hotel, villa, resort bookings, sightseeing excursions, and tours, sourcing tickets for shows, sporting events, festivals, and special events, car service, charter flights, airport meet and greet, dining reservations, wine tastings, private drivers & local guides, and other travel related needs personalized and tailored to your needs. -Depending on the trip's complexity, the itinerary's initial draft will be delivered to your inbox within 7-10 business days. After receiving your approval, we will provide the finalized itinerary to your inbox in 5-7 days. COST *An upfront deposit of $300 & up per person for domestic travel or $500 & up per person for international travel) due before the start of service. The upfront initial deposit will be applied towards your trip's vaction. Should you decide not to book the trip with us or cancel the trip for any reason, the upfront deposit will be non-refundable. *Highly customized & tailored vacation planning: Starts at $175 & up per person per day of the trip (up to 4 travelers) *Expedited customized trip planning: Starts at $300 & up per person per day of the trip (up to 4 travelers) *More than four travelers: Additional $60 & up per person per day of the trip. *Trip Revisions: Unlimited *Review of travel health, safety protocols, and COVID-19 destination restrictions *Itinerary Management
